I cannot tell you how your system has so positively changed my outlook. I wrenched a listing right out of the teeth of the strongest agent in a subdivision, an agent from my own company. She had already sold them a new home and was getting ready to list their house. I heard about it and said, "Let me show you how we can satisfy everybody's curiosity and create demand and a bidding war." I created a fax-on-demand flyer presenting their home and said, "Call this number before you go to bed and enter your home fax number." They did and the rest is history. I got the listing, set up a delayed showing for this coming Saturday and already have 8 agents with contracts in hand waiting for Saturday to arrive. They used the fax-on-demand to see property details in advance for their clients.

I used to do 12,000/per day automated telemarketing calls for business and it was wonderful, then came the DNC issues. I was out of business until I found this system.

Maybe I am on drugs. Where has this been? Unbelievable. I used to think real estate was hard...not anymore.

I wanted to let you know that your system has been a real boon to my business. I started using it in May 2005, and I was overwhelmed with the number of calls I received from just advertising in one home magazine. I know now that I burned many, many leads, because I was just overcome with the sheer volume of calls! (I would handle them differently now.) Even during this slower time of year, I still have gotten 3-4 calls a day. I've closed 8 transactions directly from this one ad in the last six months of the year. Best of all for me is the sense that I have a way to make contact with a large number of people, depending on how effectively I work. That brings me peace of mind, believe me.

This year I'm going to try out some of the Free Report materials you've sent, and I'm sure that will also bear fruit. This is a great system and the cost is minor compared to the volume of business you can do by using it.

We use Proquest Technologies for our 800 number. The service is great. Last weekend we got 25 calls on our listings. And it pages me within 10 seconds of the call. One women said she had not even finished listening to the message when I called her back. Sellers love it and so do buyers. I won't ever be without it.

Just started using your service. We are in the process of putting up sign riders on our 75+ listings. Thanks for the good info and scripts in this letter regarding building rapport without scaring the buyer off with the buyer rep. "contract". I think this makes very good sense and I will utilize it with my team. The 24-hour recorded message is a definite winner with sellers. It's funny, I used this a long time ago with some success, but I am seeing it in a little different light now.

The tip about calling within 30 minutes after receiving an inquiry will make a very big difference. Today one of our sellers after calling the 24-hr hotline on his own home, received a call back from my team within about 10 minutes. After talking for a few minutes to Jim on my team, he said "You've made a believer out of me!" That was music to my ears! I hope to see a lot more success coming. I believe this will help us increase our bottom line and to break the 300 mark this year.

We are a brand new real estate company as of March 06. We bought your system because we were having NO success going up against the "big guys" in our market. We were getting the appointments, but they were getting the listings. We decided to try your script and got our first listing. We had to go buy a sign and the next day when we were putting the sign in the yard with the 800 # and an extension (I had set up an extension that only said " this is where I will put a description in for 216 union ave") and as we were driving away from the housebefore reaching the end of the street my phone began ringing notifying me that someone had listened to the extension. I hurried back to the office and recorded my first scriptit sounded horrendous. We had 18 calls on that in the next 48 hourswe showed it several times and got an offer within the first 4 days on the market. Our first house listed and under contract all within 5 days. Now we have 4 listings in 3 weeksthe system is working very well
